| Entrance
The entrance, driveway, fountain, and front door to the Mansion.

| Living Room and Main Hallway
The main hallway of the Institute is here, as well as the living room that everyone shares. Big screen TV with satellite the main feature of the room.

| Dining Room and Kitchen
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served regularly in the dining room, but the kitchen is fully stocked and open for snacking.

| First Floor Dorms
These dorm rooms are for the new mutants. Only two single rooms are avaliable.

| Second Floor Dorms
These are the dorm rooms for the X-Men. Only two singles rooms are avaliable; the rest are double rooms. All rooms have a balcony.

| Teacher's Lounge
A room off-limit to students. Also doubles as a hallway to all of the teacher's room.

| Danger Room
In the subbasement of the Institute, the Danger Room is open to all students for training, although regular group training sessions are held here as well.
